At the last day of the FFTC-PCAARRD-UPV International Training on Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management, FFTC Director Dr. Kuo-Ching Lin visited the University of the Philippines in the Visayas (UPV). Known for being the top University for fisheries, aquaculture and marine studies in the Philippines, UPV Chancellor Ricardo Babaran and his staff toured Director Dr. Lin and PCAARRD Executive Director to some of the University’s research projects, especially those which are funded by DOST-PCAARRD. Later, after the city tour, FFTC hosted the farewell dinner for the speakers, co-organizers and trainees.
