Coinciding with the opening ceremony of the FFTC-PCAARRD-UPV International Training On Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management is the Memorandum of Agreement Ceremonial Signing between FFTC and the University of the Philippines at Los Banos. FFTC Director Dr. Kuo Ching Lin and UPLB Chancellor Dr. Fernando Sanchez, Jr. sign the MOA which basically is an agreement to exchange the collection and dissemination of agricultural technologies. Witnessing the event are Dr. Edwin Villar, Deputy Executive Director of PCAARRD and Dr. Simplicio Medina, Director, Office of International Linkages, UPLB.
